With over 30 years of industry experience, our founder, Shay Hamdi, personally oversees every design, bringing a deep passion for craftsmanship and an artistic vision to each project. With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Shay combines a deep passion for the craft with a refined artistic vision, personally overseeing the design of each project. When he’s not overseeing a project, you can find him fishing, horseback riding, baking & cooking, going to the beach, or painting.

Joyce Cadiente, Co-Founder and COO of Tempo Construction Inc., oversees the day-to-day operations, ensuring that our construction projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. With over 15 years of experience in brand and talent management, she has developed a deep understanding of project management, logistics, and team leadership. Her passion for innovation, excellence, and efficiency drives her to continuously seek new ways to streamline processes and enhance collaboration across all departments.

Joyce is proud to lead a team of talented professionals who share this vision and work tirelessly to bring our clients’ visions to life. When she’s not overseeing operations, she enjoys reading, hiking, cooking, going to the beach, and spending time with family and friends.
